Reverse Engineering, Rebuild And Modify Equipment:

• Reverse engineering – disassemble, measure and document, create component and assembly drawings, BOM, fabricate, and assembly.
• Rebuild and modify equipment – design the modification, disassemble, create assembly drawing, create bill of materials (BOM), measure components, create component drawings, fabricate, and assembly.

Design and fabricate automation Industrials and medicals packaging equipment, tooling, test and assembly fixtures:

• Packaging – MSI review customer spec, and requirements, design the packaging per customer requirement and hold design review and approval meeting, create components and assembly drawings, create BOM, fabricate components and assemble the packaging devise.
• Tooling – review customer specifications and requirement, design, create drawing and specifications and fabricate.
• Test and assembly fixtures – review specifications and requirements; design, create components and assembly drawings and specifications; create BOM; fabricate components and assemble the fixtures.
